Plymouth added to Avon Combination

The Pilgrims of Plymouth join next season's Avon Combination reserve league as it increases to 26 clubs. Cardiff finished 5th last season in the clubs first proper reserve league for several seasons.

As reported last month the fixtures for 2002/03 are reversed from last season. All the teams that City had to visit last time will visit Ninian Park this time around and vise versa.

It's unsure yet whether City will play Plymouth home or away. Each teams plays each other only once meaning 25 games for the coming season.
