Q.P.R ticket allocation confirmed

Last updated : 11 November 2010 By Michael Morris
They go on sale on Monday November 15th from 9am.

Ambassadors and Season ticket holders with one away game registered to their name this season will get first chance to purchase the tickets.

If there are any left from November 22nd then all remaining Ambassadors, ST holders and away travel members will get a chance of a ticket.

Initially 1600 tickets were offered by Q.P.R. After meeting the Safety Advisory Group and the Met Police the clubs have agreed a new allocation of 2500 tickets. A claim for a further 224 tickets was rejected because of pitch encroachment at Loftus Rd last year and by the person who ran on the pitch at the CCS last Sunday. That was real clever. A ban for the individual and ticketting restrictions for fans who can manage to stay behind the barriers.

One of the stipulations of getting the extra tickets is that the Supporters' Club will distribute them to their members travelling by coach. I believe these are lower tier tickets. These supporters will be Ambassadors and ST holders only with one away game under their belt the same as the others booking by phone and in person at the ticket office. Them taking up the extra allocation free up the rest of the tickets to non CCSC members.
