Cardiff play Reading in the play off final to determine the champions of the Pontins Reserve league.
Reading won their South East group while City held off Plymouth to win the Wales and West region.
Tonights game kicks off at 7pm at the Madejski Stadium.
City's squad includes senior players Neil Alexander, Rhys Weston, Chris Barker, Gareth Whalley and Gavin Gordon. Stuart Fleetwood is also included along with several players who were part of the U19's League Cup final winning side at Tranmere on Monday.
Hat trick hero Danny Thomas and other scorers Sean Cronin and Joe Ledley are also included.
