Prior looking for solid display
Jason Bowen has fully recovered from the ankle injury that has kept his out of the squad so far this season. He has had a full week of training and plays for the reserves at Ninian Park on Wednesday (2pm) against AFC Bournemouth.

If all goes well Bowen could find himself on the bench for City's trip to Swindon on Saturday.

Spencer Prior will also line up for the reserve team and his aim is to get a starting place at the County Ground on Saturday.

City expect to include first team subs Martyn Margetson, Layton Maxwell and Des Hamilton in the team as well as Martyn Giles who did not agree a move to Cwmbran last week and three players looking for a contract, Ryan Green, Ceri Hughes and Kristian Dimond. Hughes scored twice in an insprirational display at Cambridge last week and will be looking to put pressure on Lennie to offer him a deal.

The squad will be completed by Michael Simpkins (back from a trial at Plymouth), Gethin Jones, Kevin Evans, Gavin Gordon and maybe a couple of youth players.

Willie Boland is still suspended and will be available to return to the first team squad, if selected, against Luton Town next Monday.

Score and reports from the reserve team game to follow on Wednesday afternoon.
