Ricketts and Jerome back in contention. Millwall preview

Last updated : 23 September 2005 By Michael Morris
Dave Jones has his preferred front line of Ricketts and Jerome available for the trip t Millwall after both missed the midweek win over Macclesfield.

Ricketts was cup tied while Jerome was not risked after going down with a virus. Jones could revert back to his "league" starting line up after making 6 changes in midweek.

Hosts Millwall have not won at The New Den in the league in 4 attempts this season. They have though won their last three games, all away from home. Two in the league a cup win at Yeovil in midweek. City have not won at Millwall's new home before. The Lions moved into The New Den in 1993. Prior to that City drew an FA Cup game in 1987 and in their last league visit in 1982 came away 4 - 0 winners.

After a summer of turmoil that saw Dennis Wise leave and Steve Claridge come and go Millwall now have Colin Lee in charge.

City will have to watch out for striker Barry Hayles, a player once linked to the city a few seasons back. The striker has scored in both of his last two Championship games. Mind you, so has Michael Ricketts!

Kick off on Saturday is at 3:00pm.
