Koumas' loan spel has ended and is now back as a W.B.A player. Sam though is hoping to come to a deal with West Brom and with Koumas to bring him back to the capital.
'Things are happening on the Koumas front, but I am not saying any more until we are ready,' Sam told the Echo.
'He is one of our top priorities of the summer. I promise you that.
'If there is a one in 1,000 chance of us getting him it will happen. That's how determined we are.
'We will move heaven and earth to have Jason Koumas playing for Cardiff City next season.'
