"Kav had to be sold to ensure Cardiff City do not go into administration. Constant delays over the start date for the new stadium have increased financial worries.

"I can't ease the pain. I feel as though I have been shot. If we don't fix it now we will lose 10 points - and we are not going to do that. I will never allow this club to go into administration.
