Sam's pleasure at progress towards new stadium.

In the statement (click here to see it in full) Sam reveals more details about the project and as a City fan it makes the hairs on the back of your neck stick up.

30,000 seats, ability to increase to 60,000, hotel, fitness clubs, retail, new roads, new athletic stadium, it will a massive project that will be a year in the planning and two years in the building.

There is also another picture of the stadium, one that I've not seen before and it's very impressive.

Sam believes that the stadium will bring on the club and Cardiff will be a City with a Premiership football team.
