Saturdays referee is lucky 7 for Bluebirds

The last time he took charge of a City game was on March 16th 2002.

Whilst not meaning very much on first reading of the date it should be known that on that day we beat Oldham 7 - 1 at Boundary Park. Andy Campbell scoring a hat-trick.

Prior to that Webster controlled one City game the previous season and we won that away as well, 2 - 0 at Scunthorpe.

This season he has taken charge of 22 games. He is fond of his yellow cards with 81 being issued but a bit shy of the red card. Only 4 shown so far with three of those in one game.

His last Division 1 game this season was Walsall 1 - 0 Bradford on Dec 6th.

The assistants are Joe Taylor and David Unsworth from Lancashire.
