Special event: Andy Legg Question Time

Last updated : 28 March 2010 By Michael Morris
Andy, who is one of most popular players to play for City in recent years, will be in conversation with BBC Wales football commentator Rob Phillips. The Trust is hoping to confirm another City legend for the event, which takes place at the Duke of Clarence in Clive Road, Canton, Cardiff, on Thursday, April 8th, at 7.30pm.

Leggy was a key member of the City team which beat QPR 1-0 at the Millennium Stadium in 2003 to earn a place in what we now call the Championship. He played six times for Wales and also turned out for a number of other clubs including Birmingham, Reading, Peterborough and our great rivals Swansea City. His 17-year professional career saw him make no less than 576 Football League appearances. He scored 61 goals and also made many more for his team-mates thanks to his amazing long throws.

Andy, fans may recall, was one of the special guests when the Supporters' Trust was launched in September 2008. The panel event on that occasion proved extremely popular and we are hoping this evening will be just as enjoyable.

This special event, which is restricted to members of the Supporters' Trust, has an audience limit of just 150, so if you want to hear what Andy has to say please book your place now.

Entry is just £1 through ticket only. They can be booked by emailingJames Huxtable at huxtable@hjsports.org.uk

Questions for Andy Legg can also be sent by email to the same address.

Tickets will be available for collection at the stadium before the Leicester City and Swansea City games. Trust members are based the concourse of the stadium between Aisles 108 and 109 (Ninian and Canton Stands). If you cannot make it to this particular part of the ground before either of these games, then please let James know in your email and we will ensure we get your tickets to you.
