Summary Judgement decision due around 2pm on Weds

Mr Justice Briggs is due to deliver his verdict at 2pm on Wednesday March 19th.
The wait is nearly over. We will find out on Wednesday if Langston has won it's case for a Summary Judgement which will mean that Cardiff City are liable for a £31m debt to be paid immediately.

If that was to occur we've heard the threats from Peter Ridsdale that club would most likely go into administration.

I think we should wait first to hear the verdict before guessing what might happen next. If the Judge believes Cardiff City have a case to argue and does not award for Langstone then we could have an 18 month wait for a full blown court case unless an out of court settlement can be made.
