Friday's game at Vicarage Rd pairs two sides with automatic promotion ambitions. The fact they are going to take points of each other is a boost for City ahead of their game at Huddersfield on Saturday. Already both sides have played a game more than Cardiff.
Another interesting fixture is Brighton v Hull. The home side could start to drift away from a play off chance if they are not careful and if they can get a result against Hull that again will be a boost for Cardiff.
Leicester have what looks to be the easiest game on paper but Peterborough took points off Hull recently and of course are the only side to beat Cardiff at CCS this season. Defeat for the Posh could see them staring relegation in the face as they start to get cut off from the rest so hopefully they will do us a favour.
I think there are three key results to make it a superb weekend for Cardiff.
1. Watford v Palace to be a draw
2. Brighton v Hull to be a home win
3. City to win at Huddersfield.
I'm not bothered then about Leicester but anything other than a win at POSH for them would be nice bonus.
