He will be cycling from Bangor to Cardiff Bay for the charity 'Afghan Heroes' and in memory of his brother Richard Lloyd who died serving in the Army.
The ride consists of five lads on five bikes over four days covering 220 miles!!

"We are doing the ride for two major reasons," said Gavin.
"Firstly, for the adventure and achievement.
"And secondly, we will be raising money for Afghan Heroes."
