Lennie Lawrence will give Rhys Weston and Peter Thorne a reserve game before adding them to the first team squad for the trip to Milton Keynes next Saturday.

Both players are in full training and will make the trip to face Wimbledon if they come through the fixture against Cheltenham Town on Tuesday.

On the injury front Alan Lee has set his sights on a return to the squad for the trip to Norwich on Dec 13th. Lee has two more weeks of work with the physio before two weeks of full training with the squad will see him in contention.

Gareth Whalley will be out for another 2 - 3 weeks before being able to make a reserve team return. Lennie feels he will needs reserve games before making a first team return.

Jason Bowen and Scott Young are unlikely to be anyway near the first team squad this side of Christmas.

Martyn Margetson is hoping to be back on the bench for the game against Wimbledon.
