The City striker missed Saturday's friendly at Merthyr because of a family bereavement. He is back now with the sqaud. Also travelling today was Martyn Margetson, the triallist goal keeper will get at least one game in Scotland as he hopes to earn the offer of a contract.

Mark Bonner is City's main injury worry, the midfielder took a knock on Saturday and has stayed home while doctors look at his ankle. If he gets good news he will travel to Scotland later in the week to join up with the rest of the players. At worse he will be told he may need surgery.

Spencer Prior also stayed at home. Spencer is nursing a slight leg muscle injury and of course misses the first two games of the season through suspention.

Congratulations to Gavin Gordon who became a father over the weekend. He missed Saturdays game as his wife was on the verge of giving birth and he will join up with the rest of the lads later this week.

The exact list of those that travelled is not known yet.

City play Ayr United on Tuesday evening and at Berwick Rangers on Thursday evening.
