City started todays game against Koge with Earnie and Campbell up front but Lennie has said that Gavin Gordon may get a couple of starts in a bid to prove he can fill Thorne's boots,
Lennie continued
"Gavin may start two games. Everybody will have the chance to make an impact. I have to be mindful of what happened at the end of last season and the massive contribution some players made, but I will always leave room for anybody to impress.
"Mark Bonner, for instance, has been excellent in training and he has already made an impression."
Bonner did start todays game in midfield with Kav, Whalley and Boland. Neil Alexander was in goal with a defence of Weston, Prior, Barker and Gabbidon.
The game finished 2 - 2 with both City goals from Robert Earnshaw.
