Looking at the fixtures above there could be some interesting developments today.

Leicester could all but secure their safety by winning at Brighton. I don't think Leiccester will go down anyway but it would be a huge boost to Cardiff if Brighton lose, firstly it keeps them in the relegation zone and with pressure off Leicester we may go there in 10 days time to play a team that's a little more relaxed than if they were battling for points.

Plymouth, level on points with Leciester could also go up to 51 points with a win today at Forest. That would almost certainly mean they can start to relax.

We are then looking for Coventry, Crewe, Watford and Gillingham all to struggle. I think Coventry and Crewe will both lose today away in London. Watford may get a draw at home to Leeds but I think Gillingham are going to save themselves. Stan Ternant has done a superb job in Kent and he will not want to lose against his former club today.

City need to pick up a few points in the next four games (wigan h, Preston a, Leicester a and Reading h) before we go to Preiestfield on April 30th. Hopefully we'll be safe by then.

Of course the most important result is the one at Ninian Park. We win and we can take a huge step to securing another season at this level.
