Toshack takes on Murcia mission

Several weeks ago there were several rumours that John Toshack was on the verge of joining the staff at Ninian Park. Tosh was seen at several City games but the rumours were scotched by Cardiff City.

Today Toshack as returned to Spain to coach La Liga strugglers Murcia. Tosh is friends with one of the owners of Murcia and has answered their cry for help.

He has agreed to stay until the end of the season.
