Victoria Utd 1 - 4 Cardiff City

They played Victoria Utd on an open field but on a quality pitch. A crowd estimated by the Wales on Sunday at around 850 came to see the match.

City led at half time thanks to a Kevin Cooper goal. The home side were reduced to 10 men when their skipper was sent off for 2 yellow cards.

Half time saw six changes to the starting line up and the new look line up were punished immediately when Kellen Holden headed home a long throw.

City were soon back in control. The lively Michael Chopra put City 2 - 1 up before Steve Thompson soon made it 3 - 1.

Chopra was involved in City's 4th as he was fouled in the box and Darren Purse scored from the spot.

Next up for City is a match in the impressive Qwest Stadium, Seattle on Tuesday to face the Seattle Sounders.
