Albion are 3 points and a dozen goals ahead of third placed Hull City. They will battle with second placed Stoke City to see who becomes champions.
Stoke are favourites to go up with Albion. The Potters are 3 points ahead of Hull with an inferior goal difference so they need a point to make sure of Premiership football next season. They face relegation threatended Leicester at The Britannia.
At the bottom Southampton will be relegated if they lose at home to Sheffield Utd. Win and they could condemn Leicester, Sheff Weds, Coventry or Blackpool to the drop to League 1.
It's going down to the wire for some of these clubs. The play off positions are not sorted yet either with Sheff Utd, Ipswich, Wolves, Palace and Watford fighting over two places. Bristol City are guaranteed a play off spot with Hull likely to have to settle for that rather than automatic.
