What are you doing at half time on Saturday?

While you're stuck in half-time queues at Ninian Park's bars, catering points or toliets tomorrow analysing the 1st half of the Wycombe match and wondering what the 2nd half will bring, spare a thought for Bob Bank season ticket holder, Neil David.

Neil, a Neath Bluebird now residing in Cardiff Bay, occasional feature writer for this website, songwriter/guitarist of his own group Siren Blue (www.sirenblue.co.uk) and I.T. Consultant - not strictly in that order but that's how he prefers it! - will be dashing away from the game after 45 minutes to attend his wedding which takes place during the 2nd half.

Neil and his soon-to-be wife originally booked the date before the season's fixtures were annouced hoping it would coincide with an away fixture.  When the fixxtures were announced, Neil celebrated believing that the Wycombe game would be postponed due to the upcoming Wales v Italy international.  It was only a fortnight ago that City fans realised the change in UEFA rules meant clubs can use international upto 96 hours before internationals (changed from 120 hours).

Fcaed with the prospect of sitting in pub to ease his pre-wedding nerves or accept watching just 45 minutes of his heroes in action was no contest.  Neil will be taking his usual Bob Bank seat but dressed in his wedding attire before having a lift to St Davids Hotel for his wedding and reception.

We have 3 wishes for Neil.
1. City win of course!
2. Neil gets to his wedding on time
3. The Vicar doesn't notice Neil's earpiece picking up 2nd half commentary during the service!!

Best Wishes to Neil and Bernadette from all at cardiffcity.com for a fantastic day and many good years ahead.
