Why should you ban a City fan?

As I walked through the entrance, the doorman stopped me and told me I would not be admitted becuase I had a Cardiff City badge on. I thought he was joking at first, after all, I go there at least once a fortnight. Worn City badges before. Nobody has ever complained.

To appease him, I took my badge off and put it away only to be told I was "still banned" because he knew I was a City fan as he was acting on manager orders. I was gobsmacked, told him it was obvious I was out with friends for a quiet drink and to ban me for being a City fan was an utter disgrace protesting that half of South Wales support Cardiff City!

There was no point arguing so we went to other places for a drink but when I left for home, my mates went back to ONeill's only to be told they they were still banned becuase they were seen trying to get in earlier with me ... a Cardiff City fan.

Needless to say, I'm not letting anyone get away with treating me like that and am making their Head Office about it. They have the right to refuse admission but no right to treat their customers like that.

I know I'll only get some half-hearted apology (with the excuse of Cardiff City's "repuation" being some sort of justification) but that's no reason to ban everybody, including friends.
