Rotherham, Nottingham and Gillingham all relegated.

Gills conceded an 85th minute goal for the second week running and it proved fatal. With Crewe picking up their first win since New Years Day Gillingham had to win at Forest but the game ended 2 - 2 and Gillingham joined Forest and Rotherham for the drop.
