Wild at the Walkers

The team delivered on the pitch and the fans did their bit in the stands. The ground was bouncing, quite literally, under the strain of over 3,000 Cardiff fans celebrating a superb away victory.

Still a job to do and with painful memories of 2002, I'm not getting too cocky just yet but, encapsulated in it's own moment, yesterday was a special away day following CCFC.

Cardiff played with a confidence that stood them above their opponents but a late surge by Leicester should be a reminder to City that this tie is far from over.

Focus turns to the City Ground, Nottingham on Tuesday when Forest look to overturn a 2 - 1 deficit at home to Blackpool.

City and Leicester will kick off on Wednesday knowing who they will face at Wembley on May 22nd.

Hugely exciting times.
