He's been on loan there for several months and now he has become a free agent after leaving Cardiff he's been given a new contract.
Manager Graham Turner told the club's official website,
"He proved to us that he's a good footballer. He's very intelligent as a player, he picks out good passes and executes them well."
He will become a Shrewsbury player on July 1st.
