There are two games being played on Tuesday night that could have a huge influence on Cardiff City.

Wolves, who City visit on Saturday, play their game in hand. They are at home to "local" rivals Stoke (they are only 35 miles apart). Wolves are one place below City in 8th and also one point behind.

Stoke could do the Bluebirds a huge favour by getting something from the game. Ideally three points.

The other game takes place at Home Park. Preston play the first of their three games in hand. If ever we were desperate for a big performance from Plymouth it's tomorrow night.

This coming Saturday Preston are away again, at Brighton, a team struggling for survival in this division.

City winning at Wolves on Saturday is the only thing in our control at the moment but Stoke, Plymouth and Brighton could really help our cause over the next few days.
