Wolves hunting Joe Ledley

Peter Ridsdale has revealed that Cardiff turned down a bid from Wolves for Joe Ledley.
The deal was reported to be around £2.5m raising to £3.5m.

The story being revealed did not please Wolves manager Mick McCarthy.

"I will let Cardiff do all the talking," he said

"We will continue to do our business privately and quietly if we can."

Ledley is thought to be McCarthy's top target as he looks to spend this January.

City have already lost Chris Gunter to Spurs with Ledley, Aaron Ramsey and Paul Parry all subject to transfer speculation.
