Cardiff's pre-season preparation contined on Friday afternoon with two 60 minute matches against Cambridge Utd.
The games were played at The Vale and were not open for fans to attend.
Overall Brian Barry-Murphy used 23 players and Cardiff won both games. The first ended 3 - 1 with goals from Isaak Davies, Callum Robinson and Chris Willock, the second game finished 2 - 0 with goals from Yousef Salech and Cian Ashford.
Not much more detail has emerged from the games and no comments from the manager. The only reports come from a single tweet on the club's Twitter account.
On Wednesday Cardiff face QPR, again behind closed doors, before a proper away friendly at Notts County on Saturday.
