Dear Members,
With the nomination window now closed, we’ve moved into the next stage of the Fan Advisory Board elections. Voting is now live, and every Season Ticket Holder and Club Member is entitled to cast three votes. Please be aware this closes at 9am on Tuesday 25 August 2026.
This part of the process genuinely matters. The individuals elected will help shape supporter representation for the next two years, and your votes directly influence who sits at that table.
We do have three Trust members standing — Jonathan Hicks, Paul Clements and James Huxtable — but we want to be clear that we are not seeking to influence how anyone votes. We encourage all supporters to read each candidate’s bio, take a moment to understand their priorities, and make the decision that feels right to them.

We also want to highlight a concern. The Board of the Trust is disappointed that the Club has once again chosen not to notify all eligible supporters of the election via email, instead relying on simpler and less direct social?media announcements. Wider awareness is essential for a democratic process, and limited communication risks reducing participation, something that may ultimately reduce how effective and representative the FAB can be moving forward. We have escalated this feedback, without success.
A quick reminder:
If you need any help with your submission or have questions about the process, the Fan Advisory Board can be contacted directly at ccfcfab@gmail.com.
Best regards,
Cardiff City Supporters’ Trust Board
