Foodbank Collection - Saturday 12th December
Dear Members, Ahead of the Southampton match on Saturday, 12 December, we wanted to update you on the next Cardiff City Supporters’ Trust foodbank collection. This will be our eighth collection since 2021, and sadly the demand for emergency food parcels continues to rise as families and individuals struggle with increasing food and energy costs. The Trust recently visited the Rhymney Valley Foodbank, and we will shortly share a list of the items most needed if you are able to donate on the day. As always, we are working closely with the excellent staff at Cardiff City FC to ensure the collection is a success. To date, your generosity has made a real impact: • More than 6,700 items donated by Trust members, supporters, and club staff and players • Around £3,700 contributed in cash donations Thank you, as ever, for your continued support. Every item donated makes a meaningful difference. Best regards, Cardiff City Supporters’ Trust Board |
