Roko Simic has joined German side FC Magdeburg on a season-long loan.
The forward is yet to make a senior appearance for Cardiff City, having signed a four-year deal with the Bluebirds after arriving from Red Bull Salzburg in the summer of 2024.
Simic immediately headed out on loan to Belgian club KV Kortrijk, which is also owned by Cardiff chairman Vincent Tan. His spell was cut short, however, after he made just four appearances.
The Croatia Under-21 international spent last season in Germany with Karlsruher SC in the 2. Bundesliga, making 28 appearances in all competitions and scoring three goals.
He will now return to the German second tier with Magdeburg, who finished 14th last season.
A Cardiff City statement read: "We'd like to wish Roko all the best whilst on loan in Germany."
