Coca Cola are the new sponsors of the League and they have remaned the divisions.
Division 2 will now be The Coca Cola Football League Division 1 and Division 3 will now be The Coca Cola Football League Division 2.
"The Championship is a term steeped in the history of the League. It will place a new emphasis on its status," Football League chairman Sir Brian Mawhinney said.
