Bowen looking for Boston return

The midfielder was injured in his comeback game for the reserves 10 days ago but hopes to be fit to take his place in the team when City face Boston in the Worthington Cup on Sept 11th.

With Robert Earnshaw, Neil Alexander, Rhys Weston and Daniel Gabbidon only returning from international duty on Monday 9th September there maybe a chance for some of the fringe players to see some action.

City's next league game is on Saturday September 14th against Stockport County at Ninian Park, 3:00pm.
