"We've been saying for quite a while that if something like that happened we wanted to see every single player in there," Kav told the Wales on Sunday. "Sometimes last year we were bullied a bit, perhaps we have been a bit too honest.
"I think in situations like that we have to show we're all in this together. We did yesterday and it shows a great team spirit and that nobody can mess us around. You mess with one of us, you mess with all of us."
John Robinson was involved in the initial challenge but it was Kav that was booked for City.
