Cardiff City have signed Everton goalkeeper Harry Tyrer for an undisclosed fee after the League One leaders' EFL transfer embargo was lifted.
Tyrer, 24, has signed a deal running until 2029 and becomes Cardiff's first signing of the January transfer window.
Cardiff had been placed under an embargo last week for failing to submit their annual accounts on time.
The Bluebirds maintained an administrative issue had been behind the delay and stressed it would "not impact their January recruitment strategy".
With paperwork now filed, Cardiff were cleared to register players on Friday and swiftly announced the signing of Tyrer, who completed a medical earlier this week.
"I'm honoured to sign for Cardiff City and I can't wait to get going," Tyrer told the club website.
