Wales boss Craig Bellamy has added Cardiff City's Isaak Davies and Rubin Colwill to his squad to replace Aaron Ramsey and Leeds United winger Dan James, who withdrew last week.
Colwill, 23, joins brother Joel in Bellamy's selection and, along with 24-year-old Davies, takes the number of Cardiff players in the 26-strong squad to five.
Dylan Lawlor and Ronan Kpakio are the other two Cardiff players in the senior squad.
Wales face England at Wembley on Thursday in a friendly before a WC qualifier against Belgium in Cardiff next Monday.
